I know from personal experience what it's like to reliably perform under pressure in fast-paced environments. When work continues late into the night, sleep suffers, thoughts keep running at night, balanced meals fall through despite better knowledge, movement gives way to meetings and deadlines, and stress feels normal long after it has started costing resources. That's why I trained as a Health Coach. To help people find practical solutions for exactly this reality.
