I have more than eight years of experience building fast-growing companies. As the first employee, I helped build one of Germany’s fastest-growing scale-ups from the ground up, growing it to more than 150 employees and eight-figure revenue. During that time, I took on various operational and strategic roles, built several functions and led teams.
As an OKR and Agile Coach, I facilitated goal-setting at C-level and supported teams in turning chaotic projects into clear structures. This taught me how important it is to approach work systematically, prioritize well and operate with a clear plan.

TÜV-certified Medletics Health Coach with a focus on recovery, nutrition, training science, and stress management. My long-standing passion for health & fitness became my profession through this training and founding my own business.

Leader of workouts and monthly fitness challenges, and ski instructor. I also compete in HYROX and enjoy almost any kind of ball sport. Outside of sport, I make music, read, go to the cinema or build webshops.
