IMBA Performance is a coaching offer for leaders, founders and ambitious professionals who want to improve their professional performance, health and self-leadership. To work through all areas, most people need 4–6 months, depending on how strongly we focus on one specific area. Many continue beyond that. This doesn't mean a shorter period isn't beneficial. Coachees often notice the first (lasting) changes within just a few weeks.
